I believe there is a lot of truth to this article. We haven't prepared our children for the "real world" of work - we haven't raised them to be team players, to be polite, to speak to adults when spoken to, to be prompt, properly dressed, etc.
At a company event yesterday, the spouse of one of my team members addressed me as follows: "Yo."
We've done a great job!
